INFORMATION ON HOW TO PAY YOUR DOG LICENSE & THE FORM.
All dog owners are required, by state law (WI Stat. §174.07), to license and vaccinate for rabies, each of their dogs. Complete and return the license application below, with applicable fee, for each dog you own, to the Town of Dayton Treasurer.
